The No.6 Middle School in Bengbu, Anhui Province was founded in 1953.It is located on Shengli Road. There are 42 classes, 2200 students, 134 members of staff in the school.

　　Our School is equipped with advanced two-way multimedia teaching system, closed-circuit television system, intelligent broadcast system, 2 computer  laboratories  with 120 computers in each, one language laboratory,  one courseware-making laboratory, 42 classrooms  equipped with  multimedia  and nine laboratories for physical, chemical and biological teaching. In our school we have built plastic sports field, three basketball courts and two volleyball courts.

　　We have clear concept of the mission of our school which is to be geared to the needs of all the students, make the all-round development and promote their personal development. We take responsibility not only for the three years that the students have in our school but also for their all life time. We take teaching reform in class seriously and have various activities such as after-school clubs, Science and Art Festival in order to make the teachers and students develop in all areas.
